Your repayment schedule includes a final payment (also called a “Balloon Payment”) in month 37 that will be higher than your regular minimum monthly payment amount. Your regular minimum monthly payments will not repay the entire purchase balance. You will be required to pay the entire outstanding balance, including the Balloon Payment, in a single payment for your Upgrade+ program financed device(s) in month 37. There is no Balloon Payment due on financed accessory products and services. If the applicable Upgrade+ trade-in program made available by Best Buy permits, you may satisfy some or all of the Balloon Payment by returning the product (the required condition of the returned device to be determined by Best Buy) or by returning the product and completing an upgrade for an eligible device (the required condition of the returned device to be determined by Best Buy; subject to available credit on your Line of Credit). Citizens Pay has no involvement in nor responsibility for assessing the condition of a device for eligibility for a return, trade-in or upgrade, and any dispute related to a return, trade-in or upgrade will be directed to Best Buy. You will not be eligible for device return, trade-in or upgrade if any portion of the Balloon Payment has already been made prior to month 37. The Balloon Payment amount will not accrue interest.
