- A: AnswerHi - Thank you for reaching out to us with this great question. The installation of the Café CSB912P2NS1 model Advantium under a wall oven is not approved. We have not tested this configuration for reliability and safety and do not recommend it. Our wall ovens exhaust from the bottom of the oven so this would be directly over the control panel of the CSB912P2NS1 which could damage the electronics. This is a beautiful oven and we do hope you choose it for your home. All our best! Vikki@Café

It is very important to install the trim as designed to ensure the Oven will function properly. We cannot recommend altering, redesigning, or modifying an appliance, part, or accessory. Our products are designed, tested, and manufactured to specific specifications. On new products, we offer a warranty based on these specifications, so any modification may void this warranty. Also, we do not recommend any change or removal of parts that may affect the performance of that product. For example, if the legs on a microwave or refrigerator were removed, it could impede the air flow under the product and result in poor performance and/or product failure. Great product. Looks beautiful in my kitchen. Tons of settings I haven’t learned all of them yet. But so far very happy with it.

Poor product with poor 3rd party service.
Horrible stopped working after 90 days. GE can only service the item. The item was to be serviced by 3rd party Sears by the manufacture scheduled the appointment and was verified via text. Service man called in the am and verified a time between 1-3pm. Received a text after appointment time stating that the appt. was rescheduled for 2/8 between 8am-5pm. Best Buy did do their best to assist with the situation.
