I've purchased this printer for three of our business locations now, I keep purchasing because they work so well! They're fast, quiet, and print quality is excellent. Highly recommend. The paper tray doesn't hold as much as I'd like, but that's a very minor thing.

After 7 year, my old ink jet printer decided to die on me. So, I was in market looking for another printer that I can keep for another 7 years :). I was thinking to get another ink jet printer but when I saw this one, I started comparing not only price but also cost of having it for long time. After doing my cost benefit analysis, I decided to go with this one which I think is the best decision I made. It is very easy to follow through instruction to set up this printer. Currently I have it on wireless connected with my 3 computers & my phone. Print quality is good as well. Couple of drawbacks I found is, this printer cannot print double sided (it does says in the box) but you can make it work if you know how to. Another drawback is that you cannot print web page from your cell phone but you can print documents, maybe that is user error. I just tried couple of time to print web page from the phone and may be it is user error. Other than that, it is a good printer

Forgot to read detail - does not do duplex. But otherwise not bad. Did no like my old version of Paperport 10. But, the enclosed software did the job well. Set up is a little complicated but can be done if you have the time. Is set up to be FAX enabled OOB.
