Canon - PIXMA iP100 Mobile Printer - White

This is a great printer for printing photos of family friends most events sports and things of that nature it will be good for all of your semi professional me unless you are looking for a printer with four or more ink cartridges

I am a road warrior with a legal services business. I spend a lot of time out in the field working with clients and need to be able to depend on my equipment. I am on my 4th portable printer during a 10 year time period. I originally started out with HP's portable printer but found it clunky, slow and only marginal as to print quality. After accidentally backing over my computer bag one day (that is a very long story) I had to buy a new printer and opted for Canon. I started out with the IP70 and rode it till it died and then bought the IP100. Love this little printer! It is very fast and has great print quality (in fact, most of my printing I do in Draft mode because it is that good). The other really awesome thing is that it is a photo quality color printer. An especially nice feature when you are visiting the grandparents and can leave them with printed photos of the grandkids visit! Do yourself a favor and get the battery pack. It will set you back about $100 additional but it is well worth it - particularly if an electrical outlet is not readily available.

iP100 delivers on its promise on being compact and handy. Trust me, I travel a lot internationally (as in US to Asia) and this thing won't even spill (though I have not tried checking it in). I like how Cannon made the cartridge available everywhere, that is a definite plus since inks are only distributed locally. Best buy don't carry the battery and bluetooth accessories (online or store) which is a bummer. You have to order it directly from Cannon. During set-up, I found that there is no cable. I had to dig up some of my USB cables and hook it up. It would have been good if this had originally the bluetooth option. Price is a little steep but because of its portability, I would downplay this item.

I purchased this printer because I decided to go back to school and often times I do a lot of work away from home. I've found that in some situations I've needed to print something but was unable to. When my home printer died I decided to replace it with a portable printer and I am happy that I did. This printer prints super fast and is small enough to fit in my book bag. I even purchased the portable battery that allows for this printer to be used without plugging it in which adds so much more value to this printer. One thing I noticed was that the finish on the printer does scratch super easily and my printer looks like I've had it for years as opposed to months.

love that I can connect my camera to my laptop and connect to the printer and see the photo and print it right away. Picture quality is very good and the fact I can print 4×6 as well as any size to 8.5×11 is awesome.

I work in the field and I'm a student. I've been able to print docs in my car while on the go. I'm saving money by not having to find and pay to print docs at office supply centers. It's small enough to fit in my back pack with my laptop. There is no compromise on print quality despite the size. I will be purchasing a second unit because the wife keeps grabbing mine to use for her print projects.

This is the third one that I have owned. When I replaced my last one, I looked at another brand, but it was just enough larger that it wouldn't fit with my computer in my computer backpack. It prints much faster than my larger printers & has high quality resolution for printing photos. I use it exclusively, except for high volume printing.

Wonderful little printer. I was looking for something portable and small as my desk is not that big. I go away for conferences and its great to take on the road. I bought 2 the same day, one for me and one for a gift for someone else. He loves it just as much as I do. It is fast and has a crisp clear print. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
