I bought this printer because my last printer was a Canon. I like this one also; it was simple to get up and running and the quality of photos is up to my standards. I prefer to have the individual inks which Canon does have.

I would give a five star rating except for two things. I can't always figure out how to print two sided on some occasions where the option is duplex printing. I don't want to hand feed paper into the printer. Some additional printers I use have an easily identifiable option for two sided. Secondly, I called the help desk for assistance at Canon and asked for a supervisor when I couldn't get an answer. Both people pleasant, but how can you tell a printer customer that "we are not a computer company" as a reason you can't help me get your printer to print???
