Dud ink cartridges
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.The package included two ink cartridges, both of which became disconnected and the paper jammed. I now have multiple packs of paper and cannot print on them. This is the first time I have purchased the product at Best Buy-because I didn’t want to wait for a shipment. Frustrating!

- A:Answer On their web site, https://www.usa.canon.com/shop/p/selphy-cp1500?color=Black&type=New They indicate this ink package as an accessory for this printer. The ink package says for the "1000" series which I take to mean all the printers that start with 1, ie: 1300, 1500, et. Canon needs to do better about matching ink to their printers. They have a support phone: 800-385-2155

- A:Answer The box states that this paper is compatible with the CP1000, CP910 & CP 820. I would double check on the canon website under the printer model number, just to be sure.
