Mom not believing son about movie

Fun with gross-out humor!
|Posted .Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.Got an 8 year old boy who loves the Captain Underpants book series, so of course he is just as enthusiastic about the films as well. This film is, I suppose, a prequel of sorts to the whole Capt. Underpants franchise. It lays out the background info for most of the main characters that appear throughout both the books and the movies. There are also jokes about, uhhhhh, um things the human body does. And by that I mean there are more bodily function jokes than you can shake a stick at, there are just so many! If you get tired of hearing jokes centered around you know what, never fear because there are also jokes about other bodily functions. If you were expecting Citizen Kane, then you are a bizarre and possibly deranged individual. This is a kids' movie and as such, don't expect anything revelatory or provocative. You should expect pffft jokes...

THIS IS A MUST WATCH FOR YOUR KIDS PEOPLE
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendCapitan Underpants is everything you could want in a movie: laughter, suspense, and hilariously wacky comedy. There’s a bit of potty humor, so people that don’t want their kids watching that sort of stuff should maybe reconsider. There are no really scary parts except where Professor Pee Poopy Pants Diarrhea Stain Esquire, wants to get rid of laughter. I have 2 kids ages 6 and 9, and they both loved it. In fact, the next day they were begging me for it again. Kids will love this show. Go Captain Underpants!!!!" Also, another word from me... We often have a hard time finding movies that are appropriate and enjoyable for the whole crew. This one has really fit the bill. And yes, lots of potty talk but it hasn't cause any problems for us even though they've watched it so many times :)
