This is my first electronic keyboard. I'm very pleased with the performance and its ability to easily link to my iPad for music software (with a "camera adapter" cable from Apple). I feel like I've learned more in a few weeks, the interactivity of practice with immediate feedback is invaluable. Still lots to explore in terms of features. I have only scratched the surface as far as using this as a "workstation" for creating music. Right now I am just enjoying learning to play and read sheet music. Note: There is no bluetooth on this device, which was odd because the Best Buy site recommended a bluetooth headset during my checkout. Instead, plan on getting a 6.35mm Male to 3.5mm Female Headphone Stereo adapter if you have modern headphones/headset with the small size plug.

A beginner and love this keyboard. Learning to record my songs thru SD card and get to know all these functions like beats and rhythms. Highly recommend this.
