Crashes, freezes, poor quality, no support
||Posted .Owned for 3 months when reviewed.I'm on my third device in 90 days, issues like screen ghosting, touch breaking, GPS antenna failure, mic failure, Bluetooth not working, NFC not working, and most common apps freezing the phone. This is all before I can test the ruggedness of the phone in actual application. If you want to try to roll the dice on this phone make sure and get the insurance from your carrier. Otherwise you're going to be stuck with some $700 paper weights. My experience so far; the only thing worse than the build quality is Cats customer support. I'm still waiting to get a return label from CAT for the phone purchased September 26th, screen failed late October. I have tried almost every "tough" phone since the Panasonic Duramax (original). This device has convinced me to quit buying tough phones. Too many compromises must be made like bad screens or slow processors. In this case it's a metal wrapped electronic bug machine. Phone (3rd device) has frozen and crashed multiple time just writing and rewriting my review.

So far, so good.
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed. So far the phone is working very well. My previous Samsung, and most other phones, can't get enough signal to work at our local Elks Lodge, but the CAT works perfectly with the weak signal. There is much I'm still trying to figure out, but that will come with time. Battery is lasting four days.

Q: Questionthis phone works with cricket
Asked by V85.
- A:Answer NO! They told me it would, I purchased the phone, they said "sorry, it won't work on our network. Went to consumer cellular. They said sure, it will work on our network. Now they say, "sorry, in a couple of months your phone will not work on our network. It's a 3g and our system will be 4g and up only this is a 4g phone supposedly but I am told it only works on 3g. I have sent 3 request for help to cat phones. No response. Love the phone but wish I had never bought it. Extremely dissapointed.
