this was great for our last thanksgiving when we needed to make 2 turkeys. It only can hold a smaller turkey. I think it was 16 lbs but it cooked it fast in less than 1.5 hrs and you don't have to stress about oil etc. The thermometer broke during our 2nd turkey so you will need to get a good quality one instead of the one it comes with.

I finally caved and got this because oil fryers are great but the oil costs an arm and a leg and it's a pain to dispose of it. I bought this bad boy and it was delicious! It's literally a fried turkey without oil.
