I was surprised how the fryer does not heat up the whole kitchen and actually stays pretty cool to the touch. It bakes very well, but I have not had good luck in frying. Not the fryer's fault, just have to learn how to use it properly. It is however HUGE so hard to store.

I really enjoy the ease of use. You just place food in basket, turn the fryer on and forget it. It is very easy to clean. I have replaced my old style deep fryer with this one.

I read summaries on several air fryers and chose this one because of it's size. I have cooked french fries, sweet potato fries and fried pickles so far. Amazing how good everything is.
