Q: Does the Chefman use the individual pods or a filter and loose coffee grounds?
A: It uses coffee pods and has an included one serving pod with steel mesh filter you can put loose coffee into.
A: Not at all. You can fill up to 14oz on either side of the pod locator
Q: Does this coffee pot empty all of the water after brewing so that I can travel with it?
A: Yes it does. Empty the pot out.
Q: Does it do just hot water for tea
A: Yes, just fill the reservoir and run it without a pod in it.

Q: Does it come with an electrical connecting cord for an auto power source?
A: The cord is connected to the coffee maker in the back and you plug it into wall outlet to power it.
Q: Hi - this stainless steel looks so good, does it come with the matching go cup? Thanks!
A: The Chefman Single Serve K-Cup Coffee Maker does not include the mug.
Q: How tall of a travel mug will fit in the brew area?
A: The limit is 7-1/8 inches without the lid -- which is how you would pl;ace the mug under the machine. Many mugs fit, others don't. Great machine; if your mug is too tall buy another mug for it.
