Heats up fast because of the titanium plates and reaches the roots easily without burning you. The iron is 1/2 inch and comes with a Leave in treatment as an extra. The iron is auto shut off, even if it doesn't indicate it. After being connected for a while and left turned on, it will auto shut off and cool down. The iron is light weight and easy to carry.
