My dad is hard of hearing and this phone is perfect. The volume can be increased and then there is a boost bottom to even increase more. It also has 5 memory button's so we can store important numbers so he doesn't have to remember them.

The phone I had before this one was not as clear when people would call, being in an office I didn't want to misunderstand anyone who needed or needs help this phone has been wonderful.

Phone will more then likely be ok for some just didn't like all the extra gadgets on it my other half would never use it he is not good at these new thing's.

It has a boost button to cut out background noise and it really helps my mom hold better conversations on the phone it also rings and lights up when doing so

everything is working just fine and really like the boost feature for hearing excellent.
