- Cons mentioned:Incomprehensible audio
Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Worthless
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to use this to privately listen to the audio from the TV, without having to blast out my wife. It delivered the audio a split second after it came out the TV speakers, giving an echo effect. That was even worse than just listening to the TV audio. It made it impossible to understand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friendBrand response from ClearSounds Product Expert
Posted .With Bluetooth, the audio is compressed before being transmitted wirelessly. Compression of the sound causes a fraction of a second latency - actually 1/5 of a second. If you are only listening to your own audio (and not the tv speakers), the difference is barely noticeable. If you have television speakers at the same time, that difference is noticeable and can sound like an "echo." You can try turning the television volume down and your own audio higher, but with Bluetooth your best quality experience will be when your listening is truly private, without speaker sound. You may want to return your Bluetooth product and instead choose an infrared or a radio signal system.

Q: QuestionUse for tv audio for hearing handicappedCAN VOLUME ON THE HEADSET BE LOUDER FOR THE LISTENER ON THE HEADSET AND CONCURRENTLY BE OF A LESSER VOLUME FROM THE TV SPEAKERS ? WHAT IS THE CONNECTION TO THE TV?
Asked by Jack.
- A:Answer When you plug your Stereo Bluetooth Transmitter into the television's red & white analog RCA Jacks - - audio output (on the rear), most televisions will allow the sound to be independent between the speaker volume control and the audio output volume (Fixed Audio Output.)

Q: Questioncan two units be used with one transmitter?
Asked by Mmainc.
- A:Answer The ClearBlue TV Listening system transmitter will send the sound to only 1 headset at a time. Multiple headsets can be paired, but only one headset can pick up the audio at a time, the nature of Bluetooth transmissions.

Q: Questionis there volume control on the headset when tv is being watched with blue ray? does blue ray synchronize with audio of the tv
Asked by foges.
- A:Answer The CLTVBT Bluetooth Headset has its own volume control when you are watching tv or with your DVD. The transmitter needs to be plugged into the correct source of the sound - to the Audio Output on your device. - Questions about your Blue Ray DVD player should probably be asked by contacting the manufacturer of the Blue Ray player.
