How do I enroll in Best Buy Easy Replenish for my printer?

Note: You must be a My Best Buy® Member to enroll in the program.

1. Start your enrollment by shopping for an eligible printer.

2. On the product page, click the "See Replenishment Options" button (HP) or check the "Sign up & save" box (Epson, Canon or Brother), and then add your printer and enrollment to your cart.

3. Once you receive and set up your printer, enable the printer's Wi-Fi or LAN connection to the internet, and then complete enrollment online (see below).

How do I complete my enrollment now that I have my printer?

Complete printer installation and setup — including a connection to the internet — with the appropriate printer manufacturer based on your printer purchase:

  • HP: Refer to the link in your account confirmation email, or go to HP's activation page.1
  • Epson: Go to the Epson activation page.1
  • Canon: Go to the Best Buy Canon activation page.
  • Brother: Refer to the link in your account confirmation email. Or, from your My Best Buy account, select "Purchases" from the blue navigation bar, select "Easy Replenish" on the top right, and then click the "Activate Your Account" button.

How do I manage or cancel my enrollment?

You can manage or cancel your enrollment, change your shipping address or change your payment method from your My Best Buy account.

1. Sign in to your account. (If you signed up in store and do not have a Best Buy account, refer to your enrollment confirmation email and click the "manage your account" button.)

2. Go to your Account Home.

3. Select "Purchases" from the navigation bar.

4. Select "Easy Replenish™" on the top right.

What if I enrolled in Easy Replenish, installed my printer and ran out of ink or toner, but did not receive my cartridge shipment?

Please ensure you have verified your My Best Buy account by clicking the link in your enrollment confirmation email or by logging into your My Best Buy account and following the steps below.

Ensure that you have completed your printer installation and setup — including a connection to the internet — with the appropriate printer manufacturer:

EPSON PRINTERS ONLY: Make sure your Epson printer is actively syncing with your computer to ensure active monitoring of your ink levels. The monitoring software will need to be downloaded to a PC or Mac, and the PC and/or Mac will need to be connected to the internet for ink monitoring. The software cannot be downloaded to a Chromebook, tablet or mobile phone (although you can print from a Chromebook, tablet or mobile phone, and this printing will be captured by the monitoring software).

Why do I need to have an internet connection enabled on my printer?

Your printer must be connected to the internet for the printer to monitor your ink or toner levels, let us know when you run low and order cartridges on your behalf automatically.

What will I pay for my ink or toner order?

You will save 10% on the current price of the cartridge the day it is shipped, even if your ink or toner is already discounted.

What if I canceled my Best Buy Easy Replenish enrollment but I still received ink or toner in the mail?

Please verify the cancellation of your enrollment in your My Best Buy account.

Is there a fee associated with Easy Replenish?

There is no fee associated with Easy Replenish. You will be charged for your replenishment ink or toner only as orders are shipped. And, in fact, you'll receive a 10% discount on your cartridges and free shipping as a benefit of the program.

How do I know if my printer purchased from Best Buy is eligible?

Eligible printers will allow Easy Replenish enrollment on the product page and throughout the purchase process.

Eligible printers can be activated through the Easy Replenish Account page of your My Best Buy account.

HP printers enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program (currently or previously) are not eligible for Best Buy Easy Replenish enrollment at this time.

Printers purchased from another retailer are not eligible for the program at this time.

Can I enroll in an Easy Replenish plan if I have a printer already?

If your printer is eligible, and you did not add Easy Replenish during checkout, it can be activated through the Easy Replenish Account page of your My Best Buy account.

Printers purchased at Best Buy prior to 6/19/17 online or prior to 6/26/17 in stores are not eligible for Easy Replenish enrollment at this time.

HP printers enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program (currently or previously) are not eligible for Best Buy Easy Replenish enrollment at this time.

Printers purchased from another retailer are not eligible for the program at this time.

If I return my printer, will my Best Buy Easy Replenish enrollment be canceled?

Yes, if you return your printer, your Best Buy Easy Replenish enrollment will be canceled automatically. However, you can enroll again with the purchase of a new eligible printer.

What happens if my cartridge is unavailable and/or discontinued?

If your ink or toner is unavailable when we plan to ship it, we will notify you that we were unable to process the order, and we will wait to process your order.

Please note: You will be charged only for orders that have been shipped to you.

What happens if I decide to give away or sell my printer that's enrolled in Best Buy Easy Replenish?

You will need to cancel your enrollment through the Easy Replenish Account page of your My Best Buy account or you will continue to receive ink or toner when the printer runs low.

The manufacturer provided me with a new printer due to a warranty swap. Why am I no longer receiving my cartridges?

We are unable to continue your enrollment in the program in this scenario. We ask that you please cancel your Best Buy Easy Replenish enrollment through the Easy Replenish Account page of your My Best Buy account.

How will I know my cartridge is on the way?

Your printer will notify you that you are low on ink or toner, and Best Buy will send you an email notification when your replacement has shipped.

Cartridges are sent using standard shipping, which can take 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
