How It Works:

  1. Install the most recent version of the Best Buy app.
  2. Make sure location services on your phone are turned on.
  3. Open the Best Buy app when you enter the Bellevue store.
  4. Sign in to your My Best Buy account, and then tap Request Help in Store.
