I picked this up for X-Plane 11 and also in anticipation for the new Microsoft Flight Simulator coming out later this year. It worked great for about two weeks and then started completely shutting down while in the middle of the game. This got more and more frequent until I couldn't play for more than one or two minutes before a complete and sudden computer shutdown. I also ran into the same issues running Cinema 4D and DaVinci Resolve. There was no easy way to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. Re-installing the game didn't help and after a few weeks of troubleshooting I finally had to return it. When it worked properly, the graphics and frame-rates were awesome. In a properly functioning state, everything worked really well. The MS Operating System is clunky and annoying. I never got the bluetooth to work with headphones/keyboard. The HDMI audio outputs didn't work very well with a Dolby Atmos system and the headphone jack didn't work properly so I had to resort to using an Audioquest Dragonfly DAC for stereo audio. The build itself from CLX was good, the fan was really loud. The issue was probably no fault of CLX but a more broad problem among Microsoft integration. I never figured out what the problem was, faulty RAM, power supply, graphics card, motherboard, or processor; but coming from Mac, I was hopeful that after 18 years of not using a PC that they would have their act together. I'm still running a 2011 MacBook Pro and while the processor and graphics are out-dated, I can't think of a time it ever just shutdown on me. CLX definitely has some great computer configurations out there, if only everything would run properly and consistently for demanding tools like Visual FX animation, 4K HDR editing, and video games. Troubleshooting, replacing parts, and hassling over computer issues is frustrating, especially when you're used to a Mac that just works all the time; I think I'll wait another 18 years before I get a PC again.

I wanted to use this PC for Graphic applications + Video games + 3D apps etc. As compared to several NVIDIA RTX 2080 Super was my requirement with liquid cooling. I am quite satisfied so far. Sadly I must say that the logistics communication from BBY was very frustrating. (May be due to Covid) but no one in BBY could tell me the delivery date even after 3 weeks past due. Hope your experiences would be different. Ideally the same PC could be assembled by any tech shop. I should had done the same by buying all parts online.

So I bought this PC for myself almost a year ago. I used to always build my own but I'm getting older now (52) and didn't feel the urge to go through all that. I don't really game much anymore, but I do a lot of blu ray movie ripping and converting. So far this PC has been great. Had to buy a external enclosure for my old pioneer DVD writer since there's no where to mount one in these newer PC's. Still worked out great for me though. Overall, I'm very happy with this PC. I've had zero problems with it. Only thing I've done to it is add a 14 TB HDD to it for a ton of extra storage.
