I have windows 10 and have tried for a few days to get this to work but to no avail. I want my money back.

The buying experience was hassle-free and overall pretty enjoyable, but the code I received was for just the additional content to the games, and not the games themselves. It’s unfortunate because I loved these games growing up.

This is the 3rd digital download I have purchased from BB and have had issues with all 3. This particular one never even gave me the game, but the additional content. Then I had to waste time with customer service trying to confirm the validity of my claim. Very frustrating and would suggest digital downloads outside of BB
