I had the Alarm installed about 2 months ago . It worked good during demo at the store location . After getting home and arming the alarm it was going off after 10 to 20 min not sure what was causing the issue. Reset and checked many times the same thing would happen . I returned to best buy and they adjusted sensitivity of shock sensor . Returned home same result alarm going off interminante . The installer had me come back to recheck the system this time he programmed a new remote a 2 way up graded version The system is still alarming interminante He said they would exchange with A Viper alarm system but have not been able to get a appointment yet due to IVR system and retail procedures . Guess I'll have to keep calling !!! I live 45 mins from the install location and multiple trips are hard to keep scheduling so I don't recommend this model . This many be just a defect Hope to get new system installed soon

I put off adding a remote start to my car and after 3 years i bit the bullet and bought it. I will say that dealing with the CSR was a total nightmare causing me to go to Best Buy in person where everything was 180 degrees different, i was extremely happy with the outcome. The manager apologized for the CSR’s handling the issues and now i start my car from inside and get into a warm car to drive to work. To sum everything up: deal directly with BB, don’t trust CSR’s that can’t understand you, and don’t put off what you deserve to have.

Works perfectly in my 2004 F250 super duty with a blue blinking LED on the dash, install was fast only a couple hours at best buy.
