Geek Squad showed up early and confirmed the PC was set up properly with the anti virus software. They installed the printer and scan feature that I wasn’t sure about doing, recommended a router-modem and backup system, explained what a VPN is and directed me to the browser-based office programs. They also recommended a mesh network for WiFi. I feel confident about the appointment and will not hesitate scheduling Geek Squad for future needs.

Dylan was super efficient, quick to diagnose and prompt to work on a resolution. Being a Total Tech Member proved its value for the membership by trading out a defective phone less than a year old to the latest model for a very minimal fee all under 2 hours. That included transfering data from previous phone to new one.
