The adapter is well made and worked perfectly while in Italy. My only criticism is the size. It's very big and bulky. It takes up precious space in the suitcase. The reviews for this product were better than most of the other adapters so I ordered it. Once I saw the size I realized I probably could have used a simpler adapter. If you travel all over the world then this is the product for you.

Travelled to Dubai in November. This power adapter was easy to use and worked well with my cell phone and iPad. Price was reasonable.

This is the second one I am buying because I love the first one I bought. I live in Dubai and travel all the time as a flight attendant and this adapter has worked everywhere. I am buying a second just for travels and I use the other at home. The USB connector is so useful!
