I bought this shake cup because it's rounded interior doesn't allow for protein powder to stick to the corners. It's far better constructed than a Blender Bottle and I've purchased 6 of them thus far.

I love this product especially for mixing protein powder before and after the gym. I would highly recommend the Shake and Go mix bottle for people who do no want to drink clumpy protein liquids.
