I have slight arthritic in some of my digits. Not officially diagnosed, and I'm guessing it's gouty arthritis. Regardless I'm buying an extra pair bc I'm wearing these out - during workouts - bike rides - working on my laptop... I'm pain-free (minus the time it's in the wash). Feels good. The ribbed design is excellent for gripping!

They are very slim and they do have a good compression. The only issue is that Inwas looking for some kind of support for my wrist and these are very slim.
