I purchased 5 Cricket Wireless BYOD kits and moved/ported my whole family over. Since all five phones were in different locations (cities/states) at the time I had to get the sim kits to each person in advance. I also took pictures of each sim kit (iccid number) and also had everyone text me there IMEI number (dial *#06#) . I tried to go through the Cricket wireless website to activate but it was easier for me to just call Cricket at 855.619.6021. It took about 20 minutes to provide all the above information for each line plus my account info/pin code. I asked the Cricket rep if I could hold off activation until the last day of my current bill cycle and they said "no problem just call back when your ready". When I called back to officially activate it only took about 5 minutes max. I also gave my family plenty of warning about when they would need to power down and replace the current sim with the new Cricket Wireless sim. I know that moving to a new service can be a pain but with a little planning, communication and this kit it was really simple! NOTE: Make sure all of your phones are paid-off and unlocked before you start this process; just check with your current provider. I was able to activate this right away on my unlocked iPhone 6s and service was phenomenal. The prices are great and the value is great. It has the same coverage as AT&T. The catch is that their LTE speeds are capped to 8Mbps. However, this is all I personally need to browse the web, check email, and use social media. Streaming video isn't a problem also. For those who is comfortable with this type of speed, Cricket Wireless is for you.

Fit in my iPhone 6s to switch from AT&T. Saving about $15 per month with Cricket and went from 1GB data to 4GB data. Only caveat, will need to upgrade to another $10 per month if I want to use my personal hot spot on my phone. Reception, calls all the same. Oh...and still trying to forward my voice mail back to my Google Voice, which may not happen. (Minor issue.)
