I bough this for my alienware alpha, i open my console to see first with my eyes the brand and specs of the one that all ready was inside (i also look for it online) because im a little bit crazy i like every thing to be the same that the original, and this RAM that i bought was the one, my alienware alpha works perfect and faster with this.

Geek Squad told us that the module was not functioning, so we had them put a new one in. It is working fine. They also finished the job earlier than scheduled so we would not have to make another trip.
