A: There is only the bottom tray that is removable. No basket is included. The fryer does not require pre-heating its almost instant heat and cooks very fast.
A: I find all of the buttons on the bottom row are hard to see and are hard to press. I decided to donate this one and purchase a new Bella air fryer with knob controls. This Crux was just too frustrating to use every day. The stress this caused me was just not worth it...LOL Cooking with an air fryer should NOT be stressful. Best of luck with yours though!
