The rep that helped me was great but the process needs work. I hated this coffee maker. Doesn’t stay hot, programming us difficult.

We love this coffee maker! The 14 cup carafe is just the right size. Plus you can set the cut off time from 2 to 4 hours and the temp of the coffee.

I wanted to splurge and buy a more expensive coffee maker, and I'd heard a lot of good things about this one. It does make good coffee, but a few design flaws make me hesitate to say it's worth $100. There's such a small opening to pour the water into the tank, and since it's at the back of the coffee maker where the lid hinges up, it gets pretty annoying to refill. It brews 14 cups, but brewing more than 10 will very likely result in some of the coffee grinds rising out of the filter and ending up in your coffee. Something about the shape of the pitcher also results in coffee run down the side and spill when pouring too quickly. Again, it makes great coffee, but I'm glad I had a gift card, because I probably wouldn't want to spend more than $40 on this one
