The CyberPower Ecologic Series EC850LCD uninterruptible power supply (UPS) safeguards PCs and other electronics (monitors, modems, and VoIP routers) from blackouts, brownouts, surges, spikes, sags, and other power abnormalities. Advanced lightning protection and the patented GreenPower UPS™ design of the EC850LCD protects your equipment while reducing energy costs. The multi-function LCD provides users operating status.
The CyberPower EC850LCD has (3) surge protected ECO outlets. When ECO mode is on and the battery backup detects that your computer is off (or in Sleep mode), computer peripherals connected to the ECO outlets will be turned off, providing additional power savings.
The EC850LCD unit has a capacity of 850VA/510Watts, 12 NEMA 5-15R receptacles. Compact design allows for flexible installation. Protection for phone (RJ11) is included. EMI/RFI filters protect the load against line noise.
The EC850LCD comes with a 3-Year Warranty and a $100,000 Connected Equipment Guarantee.

This is one of the few surge protector/battery back ups that had 12 usable plugs. And properly spaced so that different sized plugs can fit. I would buy this product again. I feel that the quality of CyberPower has gone up while APS may have declined.

Great UPS!

I have a bigger version of this on my PC, but when I bought a 70" TV, there was no question that I wanted to get a UPS ... Anndd in my opinion, I would rather purchase UPS as a physical "warranty" on my equipment versus paying for a "real" warranty that I will most likely forget about or not be able to use. Biggest risk to electronics? Dirty power ... Best way to protect against it? UPS ...

I live in Fl. And we get a lot of power surge espcially during a storm. This product will help you keep the wifi running even during a black out. I use the battery for my modem router and security devices. Works great espcially the LCD multifunction screen so you will have an idea how much battery % left for the back up. This is much lighter in weight than the other 850VA without the screen

Kept my PC on during a power surge. I believe my PC and monitor use a calculated 380W under heavy load. The price was a bit high and I was upset to find a better model on sale a week after I ordered this, but oh well.
