So we have a 8 core 6900k CPU (Liquid cooling Great) 32GB ram with a EVGA 1080 GTX GPU missing back plate (odd but ok). Scan disk SSD = sad face :( (I wished Samsung SSD 850 EVO would of cost the company 40 bucks more to put in). The mother board MSI x99a Raider not bad but the only thing is that when or if you wanna add a M.2 SSD you not able to use SATA port 5 or 6 out of the 10 that's on there. Sad to say I had to call (Micro center to figure that one out) nobody else didn't know; I wont say any names lol. and the 3TB is just there lol, I do wish Bluetooth and Wifi AC build in but hey 60 bucks more for both of them together USB not a problem. Since its 2016 CD DVD, BLU-RAY, SD CARD READERS don't come on 2900 or 4700 $$$ Gaming desktops computer but het that's another 40 to 60 bucks if you need (cd-dvd/ card reader) or a tad bit more if you need Blu -Ray. The eclipse P400 case is a bit small (Mid tower) but if you want to add another 1080 and 18$$ fan like I did for better cooling its worth it for 4k gaming. Make sure to but the Nvidia SLI bridge for 40 Bucks if your doing 4k gaming better bandwidth. All in all its a great machine I did have to call in to Cyber PowerPC for some minor things and compared to the complaints I read online about them they where very helpful, they really were; even got emails from them too. Make sure to get a PSU 900 WATT and if your using a Xbox one s controller via Bluetooth plug the blue tooth adapter in the 2.0 port not the 3.0 unless your right next to it, it will disconnect and reconnect very odd but I'm 10 feet away my PC is hooked up to a Sony 65in 930D 4k TV the only this I dis like about the unit is that the led light don't cover the whole unit top to bottom (you gotta buy the other cable if you want it top to bottom) Now versus buying the 4700 dollar unit with 10 core and preinstalled sli 1080; I just added about 800.00 more for the Zotac 1080 GPU, (couldn't find the same GPU preinstalled with out ordering it, BUT I WAN MY 4k GAMING NOW lol, its the same clock speed / founders edition too so it will work) Nvidia sli bridge, blue tooth adapter, external cd dvd drive. I did have 850 EVO SSD 2.5 and a M.2 one, due to me coming from a MSI GT80s Laptop, but that's about 300$$ for both give or take (sale prices) if you want all SSD to have your games installed on. so about 1,100.00 $$$ extra if you want all SSD drives for games. But all in all my happy with my unit its sure fast and quit, Also make sure to buy the Geek Squad tech support plus in case of any hardware failure due to hard core gaming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waited two weeks for this unit to be available to order on bestbuy.com. Ordered it on a Friday evening and received it the following week on Friday (required a signature, so make sure you can be home on the delivery date). Plugged in the unit and it repeatedly cycled through Power On and Off (lights and fans turned on / off, no output to display). Called CyberPower Tech support and per their instructions I re-seated the four memory sticks and the video card. CyberPower's tech support was a helpful crew, although in the end the PC was still not functioning correctly. As determined through the troubleshooting, the 3rd memory slot on the motherboard was causing the problem. It seems to me like that should have been identified in the Quality Control process. On Saturday afternoon, I brought the PC into my local Best Buy store. Based on the problem identified with CyberPower tech support, they made the determination to exchange the product. Exchange was completed. As of the next week Wednesday, I had not received an email to indicate the order had been shipped. Called Best Buy help line Wednesday evening. The call agent was very friendly, although after extensive investigation the agent was unable to locate my order or provide any status update on when the exchanged unit would arrive. It is now a week and two days since the exchange was completed. Needless to say, it’s taken about a month to get to this point and still no indication on when I’ll receive the replacement PC. I'm hopeful to get this unit sometime soon (based on other great reviews) and will update with an actual product review when that occurs. Note: Rating and recommendation is based partially on my experience, but primarily on other reviews (and expected performance of this PC).
