I'm usually do builds for myself, friends, family, ect... and really wanted to do my "2.0" version of my pc but everything was sold out. Or just the over priced parts were left. My main issue for only giving it 4 stars tho was the motherboard only came with three screws. And they were all in the bottom right hand side. Not a massive issue I guess just scares me a bit because all the stand off are their but only 3 screws some how made it in?????? I'd say their a decent SI and are very close to actual pricing in terms of builds you would do yourself. The case reminds me of the NZXT H100 cases but they slightly changed up the front to have an angle cut for the glass. Over all for upgrades and what not the case is roomy and can hold a 380mm rad. In the top and front with enough room for a custom loop. If you wanted to do that(might have to get creative with the pump tho if you decide to run both). Has plenty of space for cables and hides excess ones very well. I actually really like the case. The fans are just meh their pretty cheap but mine all work with no hiccups rgb's are controlled by a button on the case. Now to the part everyone really wants to know what's in it. What did my mystery box come with well it was as follows: Motherboard: Asrock B450m/AC-$105 Processor: Ryzen 7 3700x -$300 Gpu: gigabyte rtx 2070 super in triple fan configuration-$500 Ram: crucial balistix sport DDR4 clocked at 3k in the white camo(wish it was black but w/e still looks good)-$117 Psu: thermaltake 80+ gold 600 watt-$135 Sdd: WesternDigital blue m.2 1tb-$120 The Aio 120mill cooler is in a push pull configuration the rad they use is the same one that all the big brands use they just slap their fans on it and the pump for it I'm not 100% on weather it's one they rebrand or if they have someone make them idk. So will price it more on the same bounds as the EVGA clc 120mil aio.-$55 And then the rest is the fans which arnt great but arnt too noisy either so I wont include those. And then the case since it looks comparatively to the h100/h100i like -$80 That brings the grand total to -$1412 before tax after $1525 wa taxes idk about anywhere else. And yes I took the time to price this out so you didn't have to! Lastly in terms of upgrades I'd deffinatly would swap the mobo out for an x570 board at some point maybe around the time the 4k cpus come out The fans once they go out save ur money and just let them run unless you got the funds. And liquid custom loop especially for those that got blower cards this is a biggie maybe not so much. Lastly for those that are planning to put more fans in the top for now get a fan header as this mobo only has 1 extra and the others are all spliced off the cpu for rgb and connected to molex for power. And come with their own hub just for that. AND YES THE CPU SCREWS missing bothers me... The mouse feels nice but the keyboard is just w/e to me it's nice to have if you don't have one tho.

This is the first PC I’ve purchased for gaming in over a decade. Needless to say, its got some pretty nice specs. Mine specifically came with: MOBO: ASUS Prime B450M-A Processor: Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6GHz GPU: EVGA Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8GB Ram: XPG 16GB DDR4 PSU: EVGA 80+ Gold SSD: AData SX6000LNP 1TB (XPG) Initial impressions: This item was delivered to my home in a box that was not only damaged but opened. (See photos). I did not order an open box PC. As such, I had some initial concerns regarding if the PC was damaged. After opening and setting up, I found it worked as expected. However, the keyboard and mouse that came with the PC have loose components that can be heard rolling around inside of them if you turn them side-to-side. Impressions after a month of ownership: The PC runs perfectly, I’ve stopped using the mouse that came with it due to the loose components inside. As far as performance, I’m running racing simulators, battle royales and open world games at the highest settings with almost perfect performance. Start up is quick, launching games and programs is without issue and once you get the hang of the Asus audio management its actually quite useful for periphery devices. The 3 fans inside seem to do a more than decent job of keeping the internals cool as well. Only real cons are the blue standby light which blinks quite rapidly and makes it impossible to sleep in a room where the computer is in sleep versus shut down and the fans can be a little loud but not overly bothersome. I have recommended this PC to others and would recommend it to you as well if you are looking for a pre-built solution. Though, I don’t know if Best Buy would be the place I’d order it from considering how the box arrived and the state of the periphery items. I would say that had they had another one of these in stock at my local store I would have gone to do an exchange, but they did not.

I typically build my own PC. But during the pandemic, I can't get parts at the usual discount. Many parts are not even available. This is the 1st pre-built PC I bought in decades and it turned out to be a great value. I order the PC on 6/4/20. Received it on 6/9/20. The only issue I had was not with BestBuy or CyberPower PC, but with UPS. The box was beaten up pretty badly and sure enough, one back corner of the PC was damaged slightly. I am not happy about the damage on my new PC but since it is in the back and does not affect performance, I am going to let it go. Before I turned on the PC, I opened it to make sure all cables are securely connected. There were. But 1 RAM stick was missing. It was lodged in the corner of the case. Again, probably due to UPS handling of the box. After turning on the PC all work as expected. There are some reviews online complaining the BIOS wasn't set correctly or the fans were oriented in the wrong direction. None of that with my PC. The only thing I changed in BIOS was turning on virtualization. Don't think it affects gaming, but I like to have everything on. As for the components, I know it is a crap shoot with pre-builds, I am satisfied with the components I received: * Asus Prime B450M-A motherboard (not good for OC the CPU, but OC the RAM adequately) * XPG Z1 DDR4 3000MHz CL16-20-20 White. Matches the case. (Was hoping for 16-18-18, but this will work) * MSI RTX 2070 Super Ventus GP PC (Dual fan model. Glad I didn't get the blower version) * XPG SX6000 NVMe SSD (Was hoping for something faster, but it will do) Overall, I am happy with the purchase. Just one little nit-pick: the Quick Start Guide is super sparse. I need 1 piece of info and it didn't have it. I had to look up how to change the color of the RGB fans. Other than that, no regret on the purchase.
