Customers highly value the Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop's excellent performance, especially at 1440p, and its competitive price point. Many appreciate the ease of setup and quiet operation, along with the impressive graphics capabilities. However, some users experienced issues with the Wi-Fi and power supply, while others noted minor concerns about the case and the all-in-one cooler.
Long story short this is an awesome PC, especially on sale which is like $1400ish rn which is very very good for these specs. However, it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT YOU UPDATE THE SSD/and probably BIOS! Most of the BSOD (Blue screen of death) complaints seem to mainly be coming from the SSD (usually the WD Blue SN 580) not playing well with Windows 11 which simply requires you to just download the western digital tool and click update which is extremely easy and needs to be the FIRST thing you do upon getting this pc! My experience with this PC was buying one and it worked perfectly and is an amazing PC for the price but when starting apps for the first time the whole PC would BSOD then be fine, so i didnt really care that much. This eventually 11 days later led to complete BSOD as soon as I signed into windows. I tried everything but updating the SSD which I later found out is likely the main culprit - I returned the PC and used my laptop but honestly really missed the performance of this PC. So I caved and bought another one to give it a try. The second and current one I got actually came fully updated, BIOS, SSD, drivers etc, everything was fully up to date which was great it must've been built real recently. Out of the box you dont need to do anything really except screw in the antennas in the back and plug it in... Performance wise to me this computer isnt really loud at all, has good temps (I usually limit my FPS to my refresh rate of 120, but play 1440 on all games at very high or above settings) the temps usually dont go above 65c. Performance wise I mean the CPU and GPU are a beast setup you can find plenty of benchmarks of them together on youtube, but regardless you will be able to play whatever you want tbh, maybe worst case like cyberpunk or something you might have to play with high or medium settings at 1440p lol but i doubt it. All of the parts are actually not bad at all, however I really want to look at the PSU but it is supposedly gold rated atleast according to another review - otherwise both PC's I had came with slightly different but similar variations of the following specs some are an educated guess but are very close to whatever specific model each part probably is - Ram - Very possibly XPG Lancer Blade 2x 16gb DDR5 6000mhz Both motherboards were b650 variants, this one is a Pro B650 VC WIFI GPU Im pretty sure this one is a GIGABYTE 4070 Super windforce OC cpu is the 7800 x3d... PSU - Unknown id really like to check though SSD is a WD Blue SN 580 2TB Case and CPU AIO both appear to be inhouse cyberpower made ones but work great tbh Side note if you have issues with steam loading very slowly disable the CPU's integrated GPU and that fixed my issues... Otherwise If you can afford it this thing is a beast and seems to be an excellent deal.

I’ve had this computer for a month now and I have had no issues really whatsoever. I’m new to the whole PC Gaming world. I have played console for many years and there are a few games I wanted to play that console doesn’t have. This build has exceeded my expectations. Let me start by saying that I’m not sure what I expected but I have friends with gaming computers and over the years I’ve watched them struggle to make certain games or programs work. I’ve saw some lag and other issues, and I assumed this was kind of the norm in this space. I tend to be ok at navigating the computer so I was fully ready to “iron out the kinks” but there were NONE. This thing says “game ready” and it’s not kidding. I’ve been able to run everything I’ve thrown at it. New games, old games, optimized games, less optimized games. It handles it all, well. I am currently gaming on a 2K monitor so not stressing with 4K, and it runs everything at high settings so far without issue. I have a second monitor that is 4K capable and tested that as well, and it handles everything great at at least 60FPS in 4K! I can get 165+ routinely at 2K though. That seems to be the sweet spot. I’m happy with that. Setting it up was super easy. Basically, plug it in and turn it on. There is not really any unnecessary bloat from CyberPower unlike other brands, so there wasn’t much for me to uninstall. That was nice. A bonus as well is that the BIOS appears to have been configured almost perfectly. The included mouse and keyboard will get the job done, but I recommend spending a little extra for a better mouse. The buttons are squeaky and I’m not a fan of the feel. That’s a minor issue though. It was nice to have them at least be included. Mine also came with spare SATA cables, which I appreciate for adding more storage later. Overall, everything has been great so far. Registering the PC with CyberPower will also net you a free mousepad, so considering that it comes with mouse and keyboard it’s almost includes all the essentials if this is your first time on PC. My coworker purchased the same build and I helped him set it up, it has also worked without a hitch. He has enjoyed his as well, so I have reason to believe the quality is decent at CyberPower. I highly recommend this machine.

"I was deciding between buidling my own PC vs buying a pre-built. I ended up buying this prebuilt because I was having difficulty finding a Nvidia 4070 super or the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D in stock. After researching, I saw that CyberPowerPC had this GPU and CPU in stock through Bestbuy for a price that was very similar to building on my own. I have had the PC for 1 week and everything has been working without any issues."
