Great Gaming PC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a cybepowerpc for my son, and it has just blown us away with its speed and the graphics. It is everything that we wanted and more. We were looking for something that had a lot of power and was a good price. What we got so 16gb ram 2tb hd and a 2gb graphics card and this thing is awesome. We have bought a ton of gaming systems and this one my son just can't stop playing.

Great computer for a great price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've read through reviews of different computers as I was shopping for one and this came across with best ratings. Computer came in with straight forward instructions and it was easy to set up. Some negative reviews mentioned that it was loud, but not in my case. Unless you are sitting right next to it and specifically listening for the sound, you wouldn't even know it was ON. Graphics overall are amazing and game experience is great! I would definitely recommend it to people looking for a gaming PC but don't have the budget or don't want to spend thousands on a high end gaming PC. This computer is a great steal for the price it sells for.

Awesome PC for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed to buy a new PC for 3D modeling and rendering, not for gaming, and I considered building a PC, but wasn't confident in that either. After researching for quite some time, I came across this PC with the Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 and the AMD FX 8320 processor, which I knew would cover the graphics I needed. When I went to research CyberPowerPC, I really didn't find any newer reviews, but the older ones weren't great. Lots of complaints about weak power supply. Also, there are almost no reviews of this PC company on bestbuy's website, and none for this model at all. I was very hesitant to purchase this computer, but decided to be the guinea pig just because it looked so good on paper. These things are included in this rig, but are not listed under the product features: 800 Watt Power Supply (geforce 970 recommends at least 540 Watt I believe) Several USB 3.0 ports (2 on the front) Motherboard-Mine came with a "Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3" Case-Thermal Take V31 (includes 2 red LED fans, 1 front, 1 rear. Optical Drive is LG brand VGA to DVI adapter included This computer runs great. I've been using Autodesk 3DS Max 2015 with VRay, which is a pretty hefty rendering engine. I've also played around with Mudbox 2015 and Maya 2015. I've had no problems running any of these programs, and even 2 at a time. Only negatives are there is no internal speaker of any kind, which isn't that big of a deal, and there is no wifi. I did purchase a USB Wifi Dongle from netgear that works really well for $30. This is a great at home solution for anyone working with any 3D applications and I'm sure it would be great for gaming as well.

It's Great!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After looking at many different computers, we chose this one and we couldn't be happier. It is so fast and can play all of our games on the highest quality. My only issue was that there is no wireless networking. I had to purchase a Wi-Fi USB Adapter separately after I hooked everything up and realized that that it only came with wired capabilities. I should have noticed this in the specs, but I figured in this day and age, wireless was just a given... It's not! But still, overall, we are very pleased with the performance.

Great PC for gamers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice gaming pc for the price, came a day earlier than I had expected. Fast and easy setup. I'm currently running World Of Warcraft at 98 fps on ultra and I'm very impressed with the game play thus far. Would recommend this build to any gamer. As far as fan noise, I admit it is a bit loud but very manageable. Other than that I'm pleased with my purchase.

Q: QuestionDo you think this computer would outperform another one with an i5 6500 processor with a gtx 960 for gaming?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The Intel saves money on electricity, but since 6500 uses DDR4, the memory on a newer intel would be significant, at least for futureproofing your computer, since the 8320 only supports DDR3, which is big turn off. If you look at Tomshardware GPU Hierarchy chart, the GTX 970 is actually 2 tiers higher, and say upgrade if at least 3. Even for me who would do gaming on Steam, the GTX 970 is higher than I would normally go, too much card. You don't want to set your standards too high, or else your paying more every upgrade. However, the higher you go now, the longer it lasts, like dudes still rocking their way up 500 series (I know cause I am still rocking my 560 Ti). I would do 960 for the Intel, if you planned to upgrade in future. Cause that DDR4 will more than likely be used by AMD in next incarnation, and Intel's next gen's will also. Making the OS, DVD, hard drive, memory, psu and case all things you don't need to upgrade, which only leaves 3, CPU, Mobo and GPU which you can upgrade over the years. Anandtech did a great comparison testing of DDR3 vs DDR4, go look it up. DDR4's +% was negligible, like topped out was 5-6% increase over DDR4. But DDR3 also won with up to 4%. Overall DDR4 did win more of their tests, just not by a landslide, then again 5% is pretty good(just doesn't make up the difference of a 970). My Choice: I was going to pick this one with 970, but I found Cyberpower, i5 6500 with GTX 960 (which is probably the one you saw which is $799 right now). That is what I would get and going to refer to my family who is buying this weekend. 970 is extravagant, cause 960 even good enough for me (and they aren't gaming big games). To answer your question: Yes this computer would outperform a i5 6500 with GTX 960 even with the DDR4 RAM, BUT, I don't feel its worth the cost, even if just 100$ more overall. Why i5 is a much newer processor, and upon a straight up 6500 vs 8320 from any computer news site, I found the results that Intel is actually overall better (and cost of electricity isn't good). Also, upon looking up a straight up 970 vs 960 in a couple random reviews on internet, I don't feel the GTX 970 is worth it, unless your standards are very high. 970 is type of card you buy a brand new screen for to maximize it.

Q: QuestionDoes it come with SSD card and any heating issues?Basically I want know if this comes with SSD and the specs are pretty vague of this PC it doesn't give a detailed list on best buy. The rig comes with a very good GPU and CPU so I'm wondering why its pretty cheap usually specs like these I see the price point around 1.3k. Anyways will over clocking cause any heating problems? Are the fans installed pretty good? I'm hoping to push the limit with this card so it be nice to get a detailed specifications on this PC.
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer No on the SSD. Fans not great by any means (cheap but put a led in them), will be my first upgrade. Cyberpower doesnt have the PC on their site. May try sending an email to CyberPower for full specs.
