Great computer for gamers
|Posted .Excellent speed it downloads in a flash!! The speed for on-line gaming that most computers are not fast enough for this one has no delays, no waiting. So far no issues!!! I am extremely happy with this computer and recommend this to anyone that does a lot of PC gaming!! Especially if you are gaming to make money!!

Great PC
Posted .It's a good pc but huge.i bought it for ga,ong and that's what's it's good for! It is really quite but really bright at night so I say turn it off at night, or cover it up. I love it because my games I play run perfitly, even modern games! Gita 4 ran with no lags with over 20+ mods installed (not including cars) so I really recommend this computer if you play a lot of modern or non modern games.

Stay away
Posted .An employee at best buy manipulated me into buying this, telling me it's a trustworthy company, well worth the money, etc. So I spent the ($630 at the time) and waited for it to come. When I finally received it, the front cover was cracked open, pieces were falling out (literally), and parts were forced into the computer and left unplugged. I plugged it in and the fan wouldn't start, and it refused to connect to my monitor. Immediately returned it to the store, got my money back, and I will never buy another cyberpower product. Absolutely the worst condition I have ever seen a computer in from fresh out of the box. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this company. If you don't believe me, just look up reviews online, close to none are good.

Over all good, but NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendover all the system is fine, but the graphics card can NOT handle RIFT game as well as I had hoped. Before I purchased this system, I saw a review where the video card advertised was NOT what people received and in order to ensure this didn't happen to me, I emailed BBuy customer service about the previous posters review. I was assured that this was a "FALSE" post and that they wanted to "illuminate" me (LOL) on the truth. So I felt safe with the order and proceeded anyway. When I got the PC, I DID NOT GET WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. It's STILL ADVERTISED with the wrong card "..which features AMD Radeon HD 7750 dedicated graphics, so your games and other media are displayed in stunning realism." I got a R7 250 series and simply put the r7 200 series (such as the 250A that I got) is an inferior card. Example: http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R7-250-vs-Radeon-HD-7750 When I ASKED that they send me the card I paid for, "Mike" @ customer service said it was against the company policy. They want the WHOLE SYSTEM BACK and they'd refund my money. In essence, I can't be trusted to return their LESSER quality video card. "There's too much risk involved in sending another one without the assurance of getting the defective one replaced. I'm afraid we'll have to stand by our policy on this one and hope that you understand where we're coming from. " Seriously, this company can ask that I RISK paying 550.00 for a system, but THEY can't "risk" a 100.00 part that I PAID FOR and DIDNT GET?. It wasn't defective, it wasn't what I paid for. ALL I wanted was the video card I paid for... apparently that's too much to ask. Also, the display shows on the BBuy site as if this system lights up on the side in red.. It does not. It's clear and doesn't show lights. (Misleading, but not the deal breaker) I'm not sure why there are 2 apparent power up buttons on the top.. It's not like you get a user manual or anything with this system that would explain it. Also, the product key for windows.. I could NOT register windows w/o the 2 hour conversation with Microsoft that disclosed this is an OEM version of windows. Tech support assisted me and finally got the key to work. Lastly, For the regular end user - this system is likely very sufficient. It will handle some graphics intensity. I hope you don't have the issues getting it to work as I did. It's not that I would shy away from this system if I didn't need something more graphics intensive, just now I will have to go out and spend at least another 200 bucks to buy a video card... but at least this time it'll be a stronger one. Oh, I forgot to mention this tower is huge. It's not small and compact by any means. If you dont have room for a big machine, I wouldn't suggest it. I dont have the money or time to wait to ship it back in it's entirety and then WAIT to get a refund. If anyone in the BBuy customer service is reading this you can go refer to Reference#137326385 I have your customer service member's emails saved as well.

Great price/value
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendLove the computer... runs Skyrim at highest settings with no glitches or slowdowns. Had to buy a USB network dongle since it doesn't come with wireless card which I though was the only downside until I tried to put in a PCI Express wireless card. Turns out the video card voers up the pci express slot so you can't access it. There is one regular PCI slot available so you can add something else but seems like poor design to buy a motherboard that doesn't accomidate the video card they put in it. Also the mother board is fairly small for the case so there was plenty of room for a larger mother board. My son is 12 and plays mainly Skyrim and is very very happy with the performance and look of it. Overall nice price/value... even looking on the CyberPowerPC site for about a month the same box was significantly more expensive ($200 bucks) so this is a good deal.

Great for gaming - With a little upgrading
Posted .I would recommend this to a friendGreat computer for intermediate gaming. I can play Battlefield 3 on high settings with no glitching (Not sure on FPS) and get around 150+ FPS on rFactor with a group of around 20 players with all settings on high. With the 6 core processor and 8 gigs of ram, this computer will do pretty much anything you ask of it application wise. It has no problem with huge tasks in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3DS Max even with all 3 running at once. The graphics card is fair, however be aware though it is a 2GB card, it is only DDR3. While I do achieve fairly high Frames while playing games, it could be higher with a DDR5 card. The biggest down fall with this computer is the power supply. It only comes with a 350 Watt PSU. I tried to add a second hard drive and it kept shutting the computer down. The same would happen if you tried to upgrade to a bigger graphics card that requires a power source. A smaller issue that isn't that big of a deal, though it would have been nice is the description states 8 USB Ports, though it only came with 6 (4 Rear, 2 Front) I've been using this computer for around 3 months, I wanted to give it a decent use before submitting a review. Aside from the power supply, I think it's a great computer for people who want a reliable computer to game with as long as you don't plan to upgrade certain components,

Great for the price
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendMachine came in just in time on the same day my old machine died. Unbox it and very happy with what I see. I tried to build similar machine on the other site, but none beat bestbuy price. Two things that is not so good are 1) Graphic card is not what they advertised. Though it is not that much different. So I didn't bother return and get the correct one 2) Motherboard does not support 7.1 natively. Only support through software.

Good, but overheated within two months
|Posted .No, I would not recommend this to a friendComputer runs well and serves its purpose as a lower end gaming tower. However, it was running at 56C within a month or two, and shut off randomly while I was playing a moderately intensive game. I cleaned a little dust off the heat sink and applied a new layer of thermal paste to the processor. This dropped the temperature 18 degrees. I also purchased another fan for the side panel, which likely contributed to that reduction. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Q: QuestionCan I connect Wireless? If not what wireless adapter should I buy?Title Says it all.
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer This PC does not have a wireless adapter built-in. To get wireless capability, any USB WiFi adapter will work. You can also purchase any PCI WiFi adapter. There is an available PCI-Express x1 slot on the motherboard but depending on which graphics card is installed, this may or may not be accessible so we can't recommend getting a PCI-Express wireless adapter. We recommend getting an adapter with technology equal or better to what your home's wireless router has. So for example if your router has 802.11n connectivity, you should get an adapter that also has 802.11n connectivity or better (802.11ac).

Q: QuestionIs there an option to get Windows 7 on the computer, rather than Windows 8?I plan on getting this computer, but I much rather prefer the Windows 7 operating system versus the Windows 8 system. Would like to know if it has the option.
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer In order for windows 7 to be installed you would need to purchase windows 7 from windows as the machine comes preinstalled with windows 8 but not to fear if you like the layout of windows 7 then if you by chance have Geeksquad tech support then I would just take the machine in once you purchase it and they can change the layout of windows 8 to have the same layout of windows 7 with the start button etc if you dont have tech support they can also do this for you but it wont be free. I would see about going in store and talking with a manager to see if they can set you up for free if you purchase the machine there (setup as in windows 8 layout to look like windows 7) its really up to the bestbuy manager to decide if they wish to do this or not.

Q: QuestionFPS-Help!How much fps does the following gamesrun? Minecraft Bf4(Battle field 4) Bf3(Battle field 3) Skyrim Sims 3 Sims 4
Asked by Aprileyy.
- A:Answer This computer comes with AMD Radeon R7 250 graphics which is a very decent graphics card, but it isn't 1 of the top graphics card. It will run MC no problems but the FPS depends on the Resource Packs you are planning to use, for example it'd run between 40 and 80 on a x64 HD resource pack but between only 40 and 60 on a x128 HD resource pack. There is no answer to that BF 4 would run at about 35-45 on med-high (as I said, it isn't 1 of the top graphics card that this computer comes with) playable but not the most outstanding performance ( as can be seen in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yB02GuE2cis) BF3 would run between 45-60 on medium-high skyrim unmodded should run roughly same as BF3. Sims 3 and 4 aren't very demanding so u should be good there as well. best of luck

Q: QuestionWrong graphics cardWhy did this computer (GUA1200B) Come with a Radeon R7 250 2G3 instead of the Radeon HD 7750 2G that it was advertised as having. There is a big difference between the two!
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The Radeon HD 7750 has been discontinued and the Radeon R7 250 is now the newer version of the video card. If you have any questions on the video card, you can contact our Technical Support at (888) 937-5582.
