A Big Disapointment!!!!!!!!
|Posted .No, I would not recommend this to a friendThis was a very bad experience for me. When you decide to bite the bullet and spend a real money on a Gamer's machine only to have it smoke it self after being operational for a minute or so, it is a bad experience. I took it to the geek squad and they said they were not allowed to put a new power supply in the computer, and I thought they were sending it back to the company that built it. But when it returned still DOA, I found out that Best Buy had sent it to thier depot who either could not, or would not repair it. So instead of getting a maxed out Gamers pc with a 200.00 discount, I bought a lesser pc for the more money minus a $50.00 discount. Overall, this left a bad taste in my mouth. Funny thing is, I would not have written this review except Best Buy sent me an email asking for this review. Makes you wonder.

One for Two Ain't Good
|Posted .No, I would not recommend this to a friendI purchased two of these machines, and set my wife's PC up first. Everything ran fine, burn-in was uneventful, everything transferred over from her old PC, and it's humming right along a couple of months after purchase. Mine, on the other hand, died within hours of coming out of the box -- power supply, apparently. Took it back to the local store, the Geek Squad scratched their heads, and it was sent back to the manufacturer with a request for replacement. It was placed on backorder ... for over 2 months. I finally gave up and ordered a high-end HP, which I am in the process of upgrading to the same specs as this machine. Overall, not a great experience.

Great PC
Posted .I would recommend this to a friendI bought this PC on Thanksgiving day, Best Buy had whacked the price down to $550! That was really the deciding factor for me, and to this day, I have no regrets. Out of the box, the computer worked just fine, except for one thing. After a re-start, the hot-keys on the keyboard won't work until you unplug it from the computer and plug it back in. Then they work just fine--until you re-start again. Not a really big deal, but a little irritating none the less. Support was helpful in trying to resolve the issue, and sent me a new keyboard, but that didn't help. Seems to be a problem with Windows 8 The graphics on this thing are amazing! I can run Microsoft Flight Simulator Gold maxed out at 100-150 FPS. Some people have complained that Windows 8 is not "friendly" to gaming, but I do not see that as a problem. All in all, I am very happy, with this product, but I am not sure I would pay the $800 that Best Buy is asking now...I would wait until it goes on sale.

Everything is great except for the HDD.
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendThe product is great. Did not like Windows 8, had a license for Windows 7 and intalled that. The hard disk failed after a couple of hours use. I took it back to BB, but they said that they had to send it back to the manufacturer. Called the manufacturer and they rma'd another disk drive. After a day, this one failed. I wend out and bought a Seagate Hybrid drive and installed it. The system has been running smoothly ever since. Inside the case, there is a lot of room for disk drives and other options. I added two HDDs.

i5 3470, great mid sized gaming case, hdmi
Posted .I would recommend this to a friendAfter reading reviews I was a bit skeptical. But afer looking at the specs and reading reviews on AMD 4100,6100 and 8100 chips on toms hardware...I knew I had to find an i5 or better at a good price. This computer rocks. Memory expands up to 32GB. I added an XFX 750 watt power supply and an MSI 7950 graphics card and down the road I will crossfire it. Picked this up on sale and couldn't be happier. Ordered on Sunday and it was at my house on Tuesday.

Great Computer for the Average User
Posted .I would recommend this to a friendI purchased this computer for my girlfriend and it arrived really fast. On the day it arrived, I set up the computer pretty easily and fast to surprise her before she got back. My girlfriend is a college student who does light gaming. The computer was able to handle what she needs to do on there. She mainly uses it for schoolwork, facebook games and League of Legends. Since then, she has continued to love using it and has not run into any problems.
