A: I know two of the games: Battlesgrounds: On HIGH settings, not ultra, around 60 fps. Give or take. CS:GO: On HIGH settings, around 140 fps. Give or take. I'm sure h1z1 is going to give you around the same as battlegrounds.
A: This computer can only be connected through an Ethernet cable. If you want to use a WiFi connection, you will need to purchase a wireless network adapter card.

A: I do not own Gears of War 4, but I can tell you that Battlegrounds will play at around 60 fps. In-Game settings will make your fps vary. However OBS will be able to stream and record with your Elgato device at 1080p 60fps if you wish. Note your Elgato capture device will have to support 60fps at 1080p resolutions. The Game Capture HD will run 60fps at 720p, 30 at 1080p, while the Game Capture HD60, 60 Pro, and 60S will all support 1080p/60fps.
