Welp. It was amazing and then it wasn't.
||Posted .Read the reviews and loved it. A little over budget, but I decided that the graphics card would make it worth it. I bought it Dec. 2nd and it arrived Dec 7th, I think. Anyways, it didn't take long to get here so that was great. I unbox it, set it up, and turn it on. It starts up! And then shuts down. I'm immediately upset since this is the second computer that I've bought. I turn it back on and it actually stays on! I set it up and I adore it! *The first was from Ibuypower and apparently the hardware was bad so I had to send it back. With that money I bought this one. My games were on Ultimate! I didn't even know that was an option. It was fast and it lasted. I usually play for hours on end. I'd turn this computer on about 8 in the morning and wouldn't turn it off until close to midnight. This baby didn't even complain or slow down. I also like to split my screen. Meaning half would be my game and the other would be YouTube or Netflix and there was never any lag. I absolutely loved this computer. Then trouble showed up. Every time I turned this computer on it would shut down after a second or two before even getting to the sign in page. There were about two or three times that it didn't do that and so I hoped that maybe it would get better overtime. Instead I noticed that it would have a hard time starting up the computer. I'd sign in and it would take about a good five minutes before I was able to finally click on something. Which, isn't too bad except this was a brand new computer. Also there were times when the computer would just restart randomly or the screen would go black for a couple seconds. Anyways, I don't know about any of you guys, but it wasn't exactly acceptable for the price I paid. So with a heavy heart I took it to geek squad and they told me that it sounded like the motherboard was bad. He offered to have it sent to their shop, but told me the best and fastest option would be to just return it and buy a new one. So that's what I was going to do, but now this computer is sold out. I'm gonna go ahead and buy a completely different computer instead. But I really regret not sending it in to have it fixed instead of returning it. I don't know why I'm having such bad luck with computers lately, but I honestly think that if you're lucky enough to get a non defective one then it's absolutely worth it. I even checked it on Canirunit? and the only game it couldn't play was Battlefield 1. It passed the recommended requirements for all the new heavy duty games. So in the end I would still recommend this to anyone. That is, if you're feeling luckier than me... *Note: This computer requires an ethernet cable or a wifi adapter. So I had to buy a wifi usb adapter which cost me another $75. Just something to think about when dealing with budget.

Great quality and price
||Posted .I bought this CyberpowerPC mostly for gaming, the specs were good and so was the price. Before buying though I did my research on individual parts and CyberpowerPC's, I did find some negative reviews on CyberpowerPC which I'll admit made me look elsewhere for a while but in the end I decided to go with the CyberpowerPC - Gamer Xtreme VR Desktop and let me tell you I am in love, setup was a breeze basically plug and go, performance is awesome on all of the games that I've played on it so far none has given me issues, and everything runs smoothly. Overall I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a gaming PC.

GREAT VR BUDGET PC
Posted .This pc is a awesome start to those who want to get the VR experience without making a major hole in their finance. It offers everything you will need to get started except a monitor which usually doesn't come paired with any pc. RUNs my games LAG FREE on medium to high settings and on high to ultra on a select few game that I have like diablo 3 etc...

Great gaming PC
||Posted .Definitely happy with the purchase. It boots up fast and have not had any issues with it. Granted, I've only had it for about 2 weeks but games I've played on it have looked great. Kids mostly play Minecraft on it but bought for them to eventually grow into. That and its completely upgradeable.

Great entry level gaming PC
||Posted .After a lot of research, I decided to purchase this pc for my first gaming rig instead of building it from scratch. I couldn't build a PC with these specs for this price component by component and the quality is great. There's a ton of room for expansion down the road, and the 600W power supply is perfect for growing. I'm really happy with the graphics card - not the lowest 1000 series GeForce, but an affordable option if you want to be on the new Pascal architecture. Super quiet, haven't had any heat issues so far, easy peasy plug and go. Love it!

Excellent purchase!
||Posted .I bought this with sole intent for VR with Oculus Rift. I've done some non-VR games too. Overwatch is a beauty on here. No lag. Sharp detailed images. Love it. VR is great. I only have the Oculus Rift w/o touch right now. But I'm having a great time so far. It's got the guts to run it. It surpasses recommended requirements, if I recall. Oculus themselves linked me to this as "Oculus Ready" My only critique isn't really a critique. I was expecting all my USB ports to support normal USB. But one of them is a 3.1 USB type-c. That's not a bad thing. That will become the standard for pc's in the next few years I think. But once I get all my VR equipment, I will have to buy an adapter. I will probably need every port for my purposes. It's for the best, but advanced notice would be nice

Gets the job done.
||Posted .I go this computer with the Oculus Rift as a bundle ($999.99 total), and so far it has done its job quite well. I haven't experienced any performance issue with any oculus games in it so far. However, beware that there is only 1 hdmi port in the graphics card. (The other port is a display port). I went to bios, and enabled the built-in graphics card, so that I could hook-up the oculus rift into the graphics card's HDMI port, and my monitor into the built-in montherboard's HDMI port. It did work, but that cost me some RAM. So, when I launched the oculus home, I was warned that this computer doesn't meet the minimum requirement (only around 7.5 GB RAM as opposed to 8GB). Games did run smoothly, but I didn't like the constant nagging. So, I bought another 8GB RAM from amazon (around $50), and also bought display-port to HDMI converter. So, now I have 16GB available RAM and everything is great (not that it wasn't before. But, I am a heavy RAM user; keep open multiple things concurrently, like 10,000 google chrome tabs :D). I don't know if it is the windows 10, or something else, I do experience slowness for the first 5-10 minutes after bootup.

Great gamer
||Posted .I got this on sale for under $700 but review would be the same at full price. Very well built, all wires nicely organized. Clean build. Can play pretty much all the more intensive games on highest settings and never drop below 60ish fps Usually way more. If your a perfectionist go a head and spent 4 grand, if you have a budget this will keep you from yelling all day about freezing and studdering while trying to play.

Q: QuestionHow is this computer so cheap? Is there some kind of catch, the graphics card is great, good motherboard and i5 isn't bad as well!
