My 12 year old son saved and purchased this pc from Best Buy and we took it home and ser iit up and it kept freezing up. So we called Cyberpower directly and they wanted me to troubleshoot over the phone which involved me taking the pc apart and trying several different things and making calls back to them for the next step. No way was I going to spend all my time doing this when this was a brand new pc that should of worked right out of the box. So I took to Cyberpower all the way in Basset and dropped it off for repair. They never contacted me to let me know it was ready so two weeks later I called and it was ready for pick up. I drove all the way to Basset to pick it up and when I asked them what was wrong with it they said that they didn't know but, that they just replaced parts as they went through it, (whatever that means) and it was no longer crashing. So we bring the pc home and set it up again and it's still doing the same thing and hasn't been fixed at all. Poor customer service all the way around, piece of crap pc, and my son who saved up all that money $1500 now has a total.piece of crap he cant even use. Totally frustrating and a waste of time and money trying to get something repaired that should of worked out of the box. It would have a very poor rating and a zero star rating but you have to put in at least one star.

I have been using this Pc almost everyday for about a year now and I have had no problems with it
