*I'm not writing this review to receive the free mouse-pad* I purchased this June 9th, the day before my birthday and did not receive the PC for 2 weeks. Know that this is a custom build and not ready to ship right away. So it is normal if any delays occur. Only reason why I am giving 3 stars is that depending on your luck you get good brand components or really bad ones.. and my luck as always tend to be really bad.. Zotac 1660ti started having loud coil whine sound after few days. Got it replaced (the replacement started doing the same thing) - [you are responsible of RMA shipments] - and I'm not trying to pay another $20 to get my card replaced. I'll probably end of selling it on craigslist And now I have started having issues with the PSU and the computer case fans. This computer went from being so silent to running like my Hyundai Sonata's engine within a month. :) Overall, this is still the best unit for the price but you have to be lucky on the components they put in. If you're unlucky like me you will end of already swapping the parts within the first month or so P.s. Attached picture shows my old graphics card since I wasn't going to sit and listen to the coil whine noise. Oh and your unit will not come with the RGB memory rams.

The computer I purchased had the latest i9 processor and 1TB of solid state memory for about $1000 less than I could get elsewhere. Understand then why I was concerned about overall quality since processor and storage is not all a computer is about. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the product. One side is transparent in order to show off multiple color throbbing fans but nevertheless three fans is a good thing. The PC is whisper quiet and seems rock solid and, of course loads in a flash. In recommendation, I upgraded the memory to 32GB using the Geek squad to do so. (Get an appointment)
