Out of the box it restarted automatically every 15 minutes (problem was a bad RAM stick). A few days later, just after startup it immediately shut off like the proverbial lightswitch had been flipped, and hasn't ever came back on; Geek Squad diagnosed it as bad motherboard. .....Product returned to BB for full refund (thank GOD!). The few days it worked well (on the one good stick of RAM, mind you), it was great and I did like the computer. CybPwr's customer service wasn't terrible in my particular case, but BB's was thankfully even better. Win8.1 wasn't as bad as expected, either. Before purchasing, I'd read the bad reviews of CybPwr but dismissed them and played the odds, only to bitten. Got my refund, that sick feeling in my gut's gone, and am shopping for a different brand.

I haven't had a problem with the computer itself besides my audio issue which I can't find out the problem for. My voice tends to be loud then very quiet when I speak. I know my settings so no it's not that. From other peoples reviews it seems to always have some sort of problem when you get it.

Worked great for teh 1st two months, then the Graphics card died. I'd spend the extra $100 and get a name brand computer.
