We appreciate the feedback, and would like to respectfully address the point raised; specifically the value of the system.

We believe there may be some understandable confusion, as this Professional Workstation system is currently listed as a gaming system, due to a limitation of the available categories on the Best Buy site.

Please note that all values are based on the time of this writing, 01/20/2020.

With regards to the $5000 price point in the feedback, the two NVIDA Quadro RTX 6000 graphic cards, each with 24GB of GDDR6, and intended for use with high-end design programs, such as CATIA, Maya, SolidWorks and others, have a combined value of nearly $8000 alone.

The Intel Core i9-9980XE processor, running 18 cores and 36 processing threads, 24.75MB of SmartCache memory, at a base speed of 3.00GHz, and a Max. Turbo Speed of 4.40GHz, adds over $2200.00 in value to the system.

And these are only some of the components. There are other components and features that also add a great deal of value, such as the Liquid Cooling, the 5 SSDs (1 O/S, 4 storage), the 128GB of DDR4 3200MHz memory, a 1000Watt 80PLUS Gold rated modular power supply, the motherboard, etc.

This, coupled with the expert assembly, integration, professional testing & QA, and outstanding support we provide, deliver a value commensurate to the pricing shown.

We would like to reiterate that we appreciate the fact that a limitation in Best Buy categories at this time, causing the system to be listed as a gaming computer instead of the Professional Workstation it is, may be causing some general confusion. This said, could this machine be used for gaming? Certainly, but it would be overkill for such a use.

While we do appreciate your opinion, as mentioned in our reply to a prior review by W0lf4lpha, we feel that there is some perfectly understandable confusion regarding this system, the types of tasks it was created for, and its features, as they relate to the pricing.

This system is a Professional Workstation computer that, due how Best Buy is currently handling categories, is showing as a gaming system.

When taken for what it is - a high-end workstation for companies or individuals that are are in need of a system for professional engineering, graphic/audio/video design, editing, creation, etc. - it is a powerful configuration and excellent value.

As a professional workstation, its value is based primarily on criteria other than those that would be considered important for a gaming system in the same price range, such as fully custom open liquid cooling.

(Please note that all dollar values below are based on the time of this writing, 01/24/2020.)

A very good example of these differences, are the video cards. While they are NVIDIA GPUs, they are not part of the GeForce GTX/RTX families, which are of course, for gaming. They are instead Quadro RTX family cards, intended for running design/media creation/engineering programs such as SolidWorks, Maya, CATIA, etc. Combined, just the video cards are worth nearly $8000.

There are other high-end professional grade components that add additional value, such as over $1000 in drives, a more than $2200 processor, etc.

Again, any confusion regarding the system, because of the category it is currently listed in, is very understandable.
