Video didnt work, when received. Best Buy sent me to Cybertron for support. They couldnt resolve, via phone, so sent new PC. Second unit came without SATA cable for HD. Waited for cable, but took so long that I purchased replacement. PC is finally running, but am still waiting on cable sent from MFGR. Cybertron gave 10% discount, after initial Video defect ... intend to ping them again, as sexond PC was still non-functional!!!
