Love the case plus super durable
I purchased the case at best buy because I loved the look. I was concerned about the outer edge possible getting stained by jeans or from wear. I buy a lot of cases off Amazon. I have not found one that I loved and was worth keeping on my phone. After a month of use, this phone case is in perfect condition. It fits snug. All the buttons work. The green outer edge is still the original green color. I even dropped my phone out of my car while it was slowly driving. No damage to the phone or the case surprisingly! Totally worth the money!

Pretty and Functional
I love this case. I got this one and the Cynthia Vincent New Orbit one. Both cases are made the same; the liner is removable but still necessary to be functional. I didn’t like how the turquoise liner looked on the New Orbit case, so I swapped the liner with this Tidal Pool case. The liners now look better with both cases after the swap. I am currently using the Tidal Pool case and love it. The buttons aren’t too stiff, there’s a lip to protect the screen, and the back is raised enough to protect the camera lens. The case itself isn’t too bulky, yet it’s still solid enough for the needed protection. I love having lots of options for cases since I get bored with designs easily. Usually the killer for a case, is if the buttons become difficult to press. Thankfully, this case doesn’t have that issue.

Would be Perfect if Not for 1 Problem
I got this one and the Cynthia Vincent Tidal Pool one. Both cases are made the same; the liner is removable but still necessary to be functional. I didn’t like how the turquoise liner looked on the New Orbit case, so I swapped the liner with the Tidal Pool case. The liners now look better with both cases after the swap. I love the look of this case, however I did have some problems with it. The hard plastic part of the case appears to be a little too snug near the Volume controls. This results in the volume always being lowered randomly. If I play around with the case enough I can get it to be okay for a while but it doesn’t stay. I’m not sure if I just got a case with a slight defect or if all the New Orbit cases were made that way. The Tidal Pool case did not have this problem. I would exchange it, but I’m pretty sure I already tossed the packaging. Other than that, the case would be the perfect combination of good looking and functional. The buttons aren’t too stiff, there’s a lip to protect the screen, and the back is raised enough to protect the camera lens. The case itself isn’t too bulky, yet it’s still solid enough for the needed protection. I still recommend this case, but save the packaging in case you get one like mine that causes problems. Hopefully, they are not all like that.
