We were one of the first to purchase this range as it was not yet available when we saw it on the website. Purchased in July and delivered in November. We have been so happy with this range. The touch screen is next level luxury as is all the additional features it offers. The smaller side oven is used often for a quick cooking of a meal and find it to be very convenient. The knobs lights are pretty and a lite blue back light will turn on when in use. When the timer goes off or the pre-heat is ready it will play a harp chime haha it was so neat to hear the first time and so calming instead of a blaring noise. The racks slide out on rollers but on the middle rack which I thought was odd as its used the most. We opted for the gold stove top metal plates and my only complaint is those turned dark in color, a few black, after only a few uses. If anything gets dropped on them while still hot it will forever be stained. I tried barkeepers and many other products but cant get them to be like they were when we first got them. All in all very happy with this range as it was risky to purchase having not even been out to the public yet at the time. I am writing this review because I myself did alot of research and read consumer reviews so I hope this helps :) Oh ya, its very easy to clean too. The top is all one so no crumbs get in or under cracks like the Thor or Zline.
