Lots of strange looking fish & things and the best 3D yet

When i purchased my 3D TV and Blu Ray player, I did so because I wanted the bells and whistles. I wanted to see things jump out at me from the screen. A "popping" of objects that you want to reach out and touch. What i discovered was that it is Not so much the hardware (although some are better than others) but more THE MEDIA itself that determines this. This IMAX movie, although short, delivers the effects of 3D vividly. It is fun to try and reach out and touch the fish as they dance in front of your eyes. The particles of sea debris float inches from your nose. Its definitely fun to watch, an makes it almost seem like you are in the water with the sea life there. Its good to note that not all 3D movies are created equal. Its a good idea to research before you buy given that the media is so expensive. I would recommend this movie if you want to take advantage of the best that 3D has to offer in this early stage of the game.

Brilliant color, superb detail, outstanding 3D effects for a home entertainment system. Everyone will enjoy this - just wish it lasted longer than 41 minutes. Obviously no plot or acting, but the narration is good. Not your thrill-a-minute movie, more like a National Geographic program, but very entertaining. Photography was excellent and I was surprised at how good the lighting was for an under-the-sea movie. Definitely a must-have if you're building your 3D movie library.
