Now that I've had a chance to get to know my system, I have nothing bad to say about it. Been working perfectly since purchase. After about six months of use, had a small issue with all cameras going out at once. After talking to Brian with support, he walked me through a couple three steps and easily determined the problem. he did his thing on his end and I will be receiving a new plug. Brian was very professional, courteous and sympathetic to my situation. I strongly recommend this product and they have now earned a lifetime customer.
