A: Very poor -- 3 to 4 hours maximum just doing basic tasks. Forget about gaming or video editing. I recommend getting a Full HD screen, definitely not a 4K.

Q: Does this have a thunderbolt 3 Port (for example, is it in the USB Type C port)?
A: Confusing ... this new nomenclature; but, yes, there is one Type-C port (a PC-name) which Thunderbolt-3 (the Apple name) also uses. (Dell Inspiron 15 7000 2-in-1)
