Customers commend the Inspiron 15.6" laptop for its speedy performance, noting that it runs games exceptionally well. The 4K display is also a highlight, with users appreciating its quality for gaming. Additionally, the price point of the laptop is seen as a major advantage, offering great value for the features it provides.
Have owned the Dell laptop for about a month now, so far so good! Really my only complaint is that the touch screen on a this laptop is a waste of money. I use a mouse, & the touch ability is unnecessary, for my use. Having a 2 in one, it may be wonderful but for me, not so much. The computer is fast and works well. The complaints as to picking up fingerprints on its case is valid, but they are easily wiped off - wtm071

Top level internals make this laptop fast & efficient. The display is excellent. Images appear sharp & colors are dry realistic. Because of the solid state drive, the laptop boots up very quickly. Some might feel the keys on the keyboard to be too shallow when pressed. However, the keyboard works for me. I love having the 10 key. My last laptop didn't have one and I enter lots of numbers. The laptop does not come with lots of bloat ware which I like. The only issue that I have had is that the ac modem seems to drop my internet connection all too often. However, I suspect it may not play well with my old DSL router. All in all, I am highly satisfied with this laptop and look forward to years of use!

Bought this computer after my previous Dell Inspiron decided to just stop booting Windows 10 one day. Figuring it was time for an upgrade anyway, I purchased this computer online over the Black Friday weekend and received it December 2nd. It is a beautiful and lighting fast computer, the 4k display is great, although not all software/programs are formatted for 4k UHD, and there were some tiny windows at times. My personal use was for my portable home recording studio and the 16 GB RAM, quad-core i7, and dual storage was ideal...... for the 9 days it lasted. The computer unexpectedly froze for awhile during use one night, and after I let it do its thing, I restarted the computer to give it a fresh boot. It never went anywhere past the Dell boot-up logo after that (same death as my previous comp.). It kept saying it was trying to diagnose and auto repair the computer because "it seemed like Windows wasn't starting up". It would state there were no hardware problems and start the process over. After calling support, I was walked through doing a re-install of W10, only for it to continue not boot even after that, and I was told that "sometimes you don't get a clean copy of the OS on the initial installation", even though my previous computer had the same thing happen two weeks earlier after running W10 perfect for 1.5 years. Then, THE VERY NEXT DAY, my buddy calls ands asks if I can help him with his W10 based computer and what do you know? SAME THING... The computer itself and its hardware are great. But Windows is failing right now and its not worth investing this kind of money into a sheer hope that your computer has a clean install of the OS. I strongly considered just having them replace it since it's a sweet computer, but I returned mine to BB and am finally considering the switch to Mac.
