This is my 3rd Dell computer system. As a whole I really love Dell computers. This one seems so slow for a brand new laptop computer. Haven't found much in the way of bloatware causing it to slow it down but I am still searching for ways to speed up this great laptop.

Initially, I was very pleased with this online purchase. It did seem a little slow but figured it was my Internet. However, this was not the case. The system is slow and takes forever to load programs. Also, after about three weeks of use, it just stopped working. Fortunately, I was able to return it and get my money back. Before I make another laptop purchase, I will make sure I am not just looking at the price.

This is a good laptop for high school student needing normal use and does not do alot of other stuff other than surfing
