Overall, this is a pretty good laptop, I'd give it 4.5/5 stars. It's pretty fast and starts up within 10 seconds thanks to SSD. The rotating feature is pretty cool so you don't need a tablet anymore. Battery life could definitely be better, which is my biggest complaint. Seems like you'll get maybe 3 hours then have to plug it back in. Much shorter if you use programs that chew up battery like playing games. Speakers are pretty good but are lacking a bit in bass. Picture quality is full HD so pretty good there. Seems good for gaming so far. Pretty happy about the specs, only minor complaint would be kind of wish the screen was a bit bigger. Easy to use. Keyboard types like a dream, backlight is nice as well. The fact it has an HDMI port and USB are nice but kinda wish it could play DVDs. I would say I'm happy with the computer so far and it's overall a pretty good model as long as you take care of it. Works great, easy to design, and the picture quality is awesome! The battery seems to drain fast but other than that I absolutely love this computer!

I have only purchased Dell computers and laptops. The features are great. It turns on quickly, switches to tablet mode, is touchscreen, but I have had problems trying to get the laptop to shutdown. On many occasions, the laptop restarts when I hit shutdown. I have adjusted many settings and it seems to work now, but I can’t give it 5 stars for that reason. Hope I don’t have more issues with it.
